Position Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will be the front line of support for our clients—answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with Lead The Way LLC. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, quick problem-solver, and thrives in a remote, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Accurately document interactions and customer feedback in CRM systems.

  • Provide product or service information, and guide clients through troubleshooting or resolution steps.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are addressed promptly.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services, policies, and procedures.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and offer additional support if needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with common customer service software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot).

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fully remote support role.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools.
