We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will be the front line of support for our clients—answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with Lead The Way LLC. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, quick problem-solver, and thrives in a remote, team-oriented environment.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Accurately document interactions and customer feedback in CRM systems.
Provide product or service information, and guide clients through troubleshooting or resolution steps.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are addressed promptly.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services, policies, and procedures.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and offer additional support if needed.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with common customer service software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot).
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace.
Experience working in a fully remote support role.
Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools.
